I am new to Grace fellowship as of the fall of 2019. I have spent the last 30 years working in the trades. Starting as a maintenance tech, working to supervisor, manager and regional manager. As I look toward the last few years of my career before I retire I am especially driven to find a place where my talents and experience help to serve and honor God. I have been led to and found that place here at Grace fellowship. This is a new role at Grace and I am excited to be a part of developing a facilities department. This work has been spread across many people in many roles and pulling that experience and talent together under one hat is exciting.
I am married to my wonderful and awesome wife Missy, have 2 children Brandon and Drake and 2 grandkids, Sky and Berr.
I enjoy traveling and exploring new areas. We explore the byways and often forgotten and untraveled areas. My parents retired in Texas and in all the trips down we have never driven the same way twice. I coach and play chess. I played and coached baseball, football and basketball. I was also on the swim team. I golf, albeit not well. I read during the winter months. I have written a children’s story book for my youngest son and have been writing several more the last couple of winters.
Book - Lord of the rings
TV - History channel and nature shows, ie planet earth.
Things to do - anything outdoors. Spending time with my family and friends
Biggest challenge, letting God lead me to do his work rather than doing work I think God will like.
